Moving back to college and I'm moving my betta elsewhere - any ideas for stockin' a 5 gallon hex? I know my options are SERIOUSLY limited, but I basically just want something cute, possibly colorful, just for a nice, simple, small desktop tank. Thanks

OR - I could leave the betta here, if there's something that could be compatible in such a small space. If not, I would like the other suggestions.

You could add 2-3 otos in with the betta. Or remove the betta and get 3-5 MALE guppies.

Skip the guppies and stroll down to the LFS for a trio of small killifish Also, in that small of a tank you can fill the tank with distilled water with some R/O Right or other reclaim chemistry added to keep them at their peak!
