I personally have never heard of accu-clear.

Do you have your water parameters? (ammonia, nitrite...)

edit: Ok, just read your other post.

Do you have carbon in the filter? That may help a little. Usually cloudiness will go away, if its not the tap water that is causing it. I think you need to add more fish. If you are going to keep the danio, the get a couple more. If not, then get a betta or a school of neons.

Are your water parameters still 0?

Sorry, I can't be of any help...maybe someone else will respond.

accu-clear, crystal clear, etc etc are coagulating agents that are meant to bind physical particulates in the water together, and make them sink, so you can suck them up with a siphon. This'll only work for dust and stuff that you will get after a new tank setup with the gravel, or construction accident or something. If this is a bacterial bloom, it will not help and must be left alone, or maybe a little bit of bacteria starter added for it to clear.
