Ablino frogs, most likely albino african clawed frogs, will get pretty big (about 8 inches from what I know) and WILL eat any small fish, including your danios, and any other fish it can fit into its mouth.

my sister currently has two albino frogs in a 35G tank... with nothing else. She's had them for a few years - they seem pretty easy to care for. They don't need any land to rest on - they just surface for air once in a while. They're pretty aggressive, though - they'll eat anything that can fit into their mouths - including your fingers (and they've got really sharp teeth). Right now she just feeds them crickets and grasshoppers (about 12 or so each week). Her's are only about 4" in diameter... I don't think they get much bigger than that. As for the cycle hurting them?? let's put it this way - my sister doesn't do any tank maintenance (but she won't listen to me... she's one of those people who wait 3 or 4 months then does a 100% job on the aquarium) but it hasn't hurt the frogs yet - they seem to be pretty hardy. Look up Xenopus for more information, as they're just an albino version of the frogs used in biology class
