Hi guys,

I have an Angelfish but am unsure of what kind of plants/decor would benefit it best.

Its a 4ft tank and other tankmates are:
3 Silver dollars
3 Red finned black shark
2 Pearl Gouramis
8 Columbian Red Fin Tetras
1 Bristlenose
1 Mega-clown (baby)
1 LDA19

So bear in mind that the Silver Dollars munch on alot of the plants I have.

Any suggestions would be great.

Hi there,
couple things.
You cannot keep 2 or even 3 red fin
sharks together. Eventually they will
decide each other must go, and you will end
up with only 1 remaining, or none, they are quite
capable of killing each other and all dying in
a battle.

Columbian tetras may nip the Angels
fins - they can be quite nippy I hear.

Hi, thanks for your comments. I inhereted the 3 red finned sharks and there is one that likes to think he is the boss.

He was getting a little too boisterous about 3 months ago so i moved him to a spare tank i had back then. He sulked for 2 weeks until i put him back. Ever since he has been fine. They get on well together and there is lots of hiding places.

But I will keep an eye on them. They are all fully grown so maybe they have gotten use to eachother?

The Angel keeps them all in line.
