XxxxMaddawgXxxx Fingerling Posts: 18 Votes: 0 Registered: 01-Aug-2004	I placed an order saturday august 7th for some stuff from BigAlsonline.com i just heard of this website and found some pretty cheap prices on there it seem pretty goodi only have 1 problem when i did the order i got an order confirmation saying it will be shipped within 24-48 hr's i figured it would ship on monday august 9th since there probally closed on sunday only thing is i havent gotten any emails saying my orders been shipped?? people who ordered from this website have this problem to?

Bigalsonline.com is the only place I buy equipment from. I've only had a couple minor problems dealing with them. One was an item on backorder which they can't do much about anyway and the other problem was with an Aquaclear filter but that the manufacturer's fault and not because of anything bigals did. Jason

I don't recall any tracking number emails, but always got my shipments in a timely manner. It was usually at my doorstep well before my curiosity would make me wonder what the tracking number is so I can see what's the hold-up.

I ended up calling them and then ordering from another site. I've heard they do great unless the item isn't in stock. They fail to tell you and the shipping either gets delayed or the order gets deleted because they won't get it in any time soon.

More than likely, they don't do any order processing on the weekend. This makes it as if your Saturday order really took place on Monday. Add 24-48 hours to Monday and you get Tuesday-Wednesday if everything you ordered is in stock. If you're really concerned about your order though, you can give them a call. The number is on the website. I've dealt with their customer service before when the filter I ordered was broken on delivery - they were very nice on the phone.
