Hey everyone, im going to set up my 10 gallon tank to breed white clouds.

Where can i get info on how to breed them (in depth)?

Also, it has a sand bottom.. is this ok, or should I switch to gravel?

I want to put fake plants in.. so should i put alot in?

Mainly.. what is the perfect breeding tank for a WCMM?

Thanks

Uh, I don't know, they just seem to breed like crazy for me. Lots of cover, fast water cycling rate, no heater. Yeah, w/e. ].]

White clouds are one of the easiest egg layers, great for beginners! A few plants, live or fake are fine, substrate doesn't really matter. Keep the water in peak condition, feed a little live food here and there, don't set the temp too high (low 70s is good), and that should do it! I put some in a small pond for the summer and always pull out more in the fall! Spawning success to you!
