Which would be a better food when frozen frozen bloodworms or frozen brine shrimp. Im not talking what your fish like most(tho feel free to add that in) but talking nutritious. I heard bloodworms are good but are messier and a little bigger while brine shrimp can be eaten easier. Thanks guys

well i'm not sure on nutritional value, but i'd go with bloodworms. IME brine shrimp was the messy one, it dispersed all over the tank and made a huge mess. bloodworms have never done that for me

I belive a balance of both would be better. Be careful if you have small fish, the bloodworms are harder for them to eat. I had a small cory that had a hard time eating a worm, as he was chewing up it started coming out his gill. He struggled with it for about 5 minutes.

I agree on both as well
What I do with the frozen bloodworm is to chop a couple of blocks up(while it's frozen) and that way you get smaller pieces of bloodworm that most of the smaller fish can eat readily
