I'm seriously considering for the first time purchasing fish online. I want to get some conga and rummynose tetras because there near to impossible to get here. Now I've looked at a couple of sites,Liveaquaria.com and Aquariumfish.net. For those of you who have bought fish online whom would you recommend most or is there another site that I might possibly want to take a look at.
Thanks

Liveaquaria has the best stock and the best shipping... Prices are a bit higher, but you pay for quality.

I usually do a google search for breeders of the variety of fish i want. Alot of them have their own websites. Prices are usually lower than online stores or auctions, and quality is usually better as well. You can always try aquabid or ebay but make sure you check fedback before bidding.

I've ordered from both without problems. I just wish shipping wasn't so expensive. Unless they've changed their policy, I believe Liveaquaria.com also has a minimum order requirement.

Well before I broke down and ordered any I've doin some calling around and have managed to find some congo and rummynose tetras at a fish store about 50 miles away.So I'm going to make a trip and check them out,at least the money I spend on gas will be a little cheaper than the $25 I'd be spending on shipping. Thanks to everyone for your advice.
