	Compatible???
ctt33 Enthusiast Posts: 154 Kudos: 148 Votes: 0 Registered: 14-May-2004	I have a 40 gallon tank. I currently have 1 firemouth cichlid and 5 yoyo loaches. I looking for a good schooling fish that would go well with them. anyone have any suggestions looking for a small school of 6-10

Firemouths aren't all that aggressive, so your choices are pretty open. Given the slow nature of your tank, i'd suggest a school of giant danios, or colombian red fin tetras Both are mid/top swimmers, too big for the firemouth to eat, and should be fast enough to move if the 'mouth gets nasty, but that's unlikely.
