None of mine do.
I use genisis @home, and Aquarium pharmaceuticals tap water conditioner on the work tanks. Both are one drop per gallon. Neither of them really have a color so to speak, neither of them alter the color of the water as I'm adding it.

^_^

You mean dechlorinators right? In all my days of reading up on fish, nope, never heard of it. I have never had the problem ether.

If you add it straight into your tank it will appear discoloured in the immediate vicinity but should dissolve into the tank unless you have poor circulation..... or you have over-dosed the tank. Otherwise it is another problem.

Tetra made one that had a slight blue tint to it, but as mentioned earlier, the concentration is just too slight to colour your water up.

If you add to much water conditioner, it can trigger a bacteria bloom. Especially, if the tank hasn't been setup real long. I remember reading that on a few web sites, so it's possible. It had something to do with excess nutriance in the water.

There are medications that can color your water (and porous decorations). Methylene blue is actually used as a dye/stain. And a popular ich medication. That's why early in the hobby I accidentally stained a sandstone rock in my tank blueish...

But water conditioners should not color your water.
