I am a simple gal, so my dream tank is already in my living room. I would say the only thing that could improve is for the fishies I have to grow bigger.

My dream tank would be a 90 gallon somewhat planted SA puffer tank with like 6 SAP's and a big colony of malayan trumpet snails. I think that would be cool. ^_^

My dream tank is a home built, around 1,000 gallon aquarium, built into the corner of my basement.

My dream tank was a 90 gallon, but i am already getting on of those soon.

#1: Something between a 40 gallon long and a 120, stocked with just multis or (in an ideal world) just similis. I've already planned out the 'scaping for this, is the pathetic thing.

#2: 180 with very large sump containing 150-200 lbs live rock. The top tank would have none and be an old fashioned FO look with big art-deco fake corals, and one Picasso Trigger.

My dream tank would be some sort of custom built, long, low tank that I'd fill with loaches, cories, and other bottom feeders.

More realistically if & when we buy our own home I'm hoping to get a 55g or 75g, just not sure about stocking but Jack Dempseys are at the top of my list.

Mine would be a 200 gallon FW planted with hornwort, cabomba, marimo balls, and amazon swords. I'd have a huge school or neon tetras (around 40) who magically don't have NTD, 20 or more cories (pandas or Julii), a common pleco, and a black angelfish (yes, I know it would likely eat the neons, but that's just a natural source of food for the angel). And if there was enough room (I don't think this would overstock the tank) a pair of blue rams or dwarf gouramis.

Dream Tank 1: I'd like around 1000g tank where I have a ton of rock work at one end going from top to bottom, front to back and another smaller rock work around the middle. I'd fill it with mbuna, some peacocks, and some open water fish. A tank that size would give me a chance to replicate a small section of Lake Malawi

Dream Tank 2: 500g central american cichlid tank w/ just some big bruisers in there.

In reality, I'd settle for a smaller version of the Lake Malawi set up in a 300g when I get my house. Cytocara Moorii, some fronts, and some mbuna for the rock work would make me happy.

Considering my current space limit...

Tank #1: A fully planted 29g (in which the plants actually look healthy) with 15-20 cardinal tetras and a breeding pair of german blue rams.

Tank #2: A brackish 46g bowfront with puffers and gobies.

If I wasn't limited on my space and funds (collections are being taken in cash or check ), I'd have 300g-ish or more room divider reef tanks.
