i came home to find about nine little white eggs stuck to the glass on my 55 i have a big angel which i assume they are from but i only have one so idk how that would work and my only other guess is my two rainbow fish but the eggs were on the glass and i went in the shower i come back out and two are gone they are just getting picked off and eaten so i acted quick and scooped them into a little container i had near by. Is there any chance of survival for these eggs in this little container there are about 6 left? If there is hope tell me what to put them in what kind of lighting anything that will help it will be highly appreciated

You can put them in a small tank/bowl/container with a sponge filter and wait to see if they hatch. They aren't angel eggs. 1 by itself wouldn't lay eggs and they don't stick them to the glass. Rainbows are also likely to lay their eggs across the bottom of the tank. Do you have any bottom feeders? Cories are probably the most common culprit of eggs on the glass. Or are there snails in the tank?

Definitely cory eggs then, and since you have eight of them there is a pretty good chance they are fertilized. Whatever they are kept in, some sort of filtration is necessary for their survival.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

Hi,
I tried separating some opaline gourami eggs into a small container but did not add any thing for filteration/aeration. They all went bad!
So as all others are saying, u need to have some sort of filteration in that container/tank.

Maybe hang a breeding net in your tank and put them there?
