They still could easily survive with one feeding... I used to feed all my fish twice a day... its better to have many small feedings than one big one. When you give them one big feeding a lot of it will most likely end up rotting at the bottom. If you give them a several smaller feedings a day, your fish get to eat more and there is less polution.
