Hey all, I've got a bit of a strange situation here. Yesterday my bristlenose climbed up into my filter at some point during the day, and spent until dinner time in there. Now I wouldn't be concerned normaly, but I'm going to be gone for 5 days, and I don't want to have my BN living in the filter. My question is can I keep him out without lowwering the water level below the bottom lip?

You could some how setup a net underneath the bottom lip.

I'm assuming the he climbed up the waterfall output of the filter, so I'd say you should just attaach a piece of netting over the outflow that would allow the water to pass through while the BN couldn't climb through it...

PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread.
