Flying Foxes are primarily herbivorous and I have never heard of them actively pursuing other fish to eat. It is possible, however, that the Flying Fox's active and sometimes aggressive behavior is stressing the Neons out enough to kill them. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.
