i decided that it is in my poor adorable green spot puffer's best interest to give him away to a better home than i have been providing him. upon some research, i have found that even though he seems to be happy and healthy, i don't have the resources to give him the specialized setup and diet he should have to really thrive.

i've had him for 2 1/2 years, and i love him, but the above, coupled with the fact that i think he is snacking on his tankmates, means that it is time for him to go.

he i about 2.5" long and happy and healthy... but i want someone experienced with puffers to take him, rather than just giving him to a LFS.

any takers?

hey, that's cool! do you have a brackish tank?

i was thinking about just taking him to a LFS, but i'd be worried he'd get sold into another less-than-ideal home. i bought him from big als in burnaby, and they didn't tell me anything about him except to feed him bloodworms.

right now i'm looking into whether someone from the vancouver aquatic hobbyist club may want him, but thanks for the offer! i'll let you know how things turn out.

i go to school in richmond, so i drive through delta 4 days a week. so, i could always drop him off if you do end up taking him for me
