I have a 20L tank and I want to spice it up a little.

I have decided to get the following items:

AGA pine stand (oak)
AGA pine cap (oak)
Perfecto 30" Glass Canopy
Perfecto double strip light

All of this costs $176.09. Is that a good deal? All of these items are brand new, not used.

no he mean 20g long not 20 liters. doesn't sound bad. but i would look around at furniture store for some kind of bookcase thats big enough. make sure that its real wood not pressboard

The thing is, I want it to be a cabinet stand. Also, I want the cap to match perfectly.

Ok, it's 20 gal. My 10 gal came with a nice canopy, price $40. Now add $80. for all the filter, gravel, heater etc.. It looks great on my dresser. Add one more bulb I have over 2 wpg.

If you have money saved for this, then why not ?
Get your tank and enjoy. Make sure with the enclosed top that you can easily access your tank for water changes and will have room for your filter etc and co2 if you want to add it later.

Sometimes I look at my 29 gal and wish it had a nice enclosed top that hid everything ! The outside of it looks pretty messy with a co2 hanging on the front and filter on the side
