As long as you keep up with maintance it should be ok. I personally would have left out the 3 serpaes, but as i said u should b fine.

You are overstocked, but your fish are seperated pretty well, with top/middle/bottom.....
personally, I would go with weekly water changes to be safe

I'll just basically say what everyone else has. You are overstocked, but you are also filtering at a fairly high rate (a turnover of 7.5). With weekly water changes, you should be fine. Just watch for signs of aggression of poor water quality.

I'd say you're ok as well.

It would be nice it you could do a trade and just have 1 nice size school of either tetra.

It isn't not too overstocked as much as it is badly stocked. The tetras need to be in a school of 6 or more, so it would be better to just have 1 kind.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

I'd say you're fine. Although I'm not a big fan of the serpaes, so I say dump them for more (1 or 2) bleeding hearts (they get quite large, anyways).
