You are overstocked, but you are also filtering at a fairly high rate (a turnover of 7.5). With weekly water changes, you should be fine. Just watch for signs of aggression of poor water quality.

The tetras need to be in a school of 6 or more, so it would be better to just have 1 kind. They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes, They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver, So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
