I have been told that: Dwarf Rainbow fish are peaceful semi schooling fish? Common Hatchet Peaceful? Are there any Cichlids that i could add or any other types of fish... The fish you have are mostly either schooling or shoaling fish, and they are much happier when kept in good-sized groups. After that, you *might* be able to add a pair of dwarf cichlids, maybe rams. Just slowly create full-sized schools with your fish, and see how things do. By the way, welcome to the site! ![]() |

It'd be best for you to fill out all your schools to at least 6, I'd make the cories 8. After that, dwarf cichlids like rams might be nice, or possibly some type of gourami. -Formerly known as the Ferretfish ![]() |

The cherries should be fine at three. Platies tend to like friends, if you don't want to worry about fry get one or two more of the sex you currently have. Dwarf rainbows are peaceful and active, but again should be in a school of at least six. Centerpiece ideas? Depending on if you change current stock you could go with German or Bolivian rams, or keyholes; maybe an angel? Again depending on space available a gourami would be a nice addition, dwarf or something larger like a pearl. Male guppies should be ok. They're like the platies so at least three would be a good idea. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |
