In my 27 gallon I currently have:

1 dwarf male gourami,
1 dwarf female gourami,
15 neons
3 jullii cory's
2 otos.

I have a moderately planted tank, about 90% of my plants are live, not plastic. I do a 30% water/gravel vaccuum every week, and also weekly water tests to make sure everything is ok. I'm running an AC200 filter also.
Have I overstocked?

IMO it is not overstocked
Oh and there are pretty much no Julii corys imported to america, but there are trilineatus that are usually wrongly named as juliis
But that doesn't make them bad fish of course...
If you didn't know, corys are schooling/schoaling fish like your neons, and the ottos like groups so two is fine

Not overstocked size wise, IE none of the fish will be stunted by the tank. IMO you need to fill out the cory and ottos schools some. How high your nitrAtes are will play a roll in how many more you could add to each school. For amusments sake I'd suggest increasing the cory school first.

Since you're doing weekly water tests, you'd know if you are overstocked. Is there something in your testings that makes you wonder?

I would add 3 more Corydoras & keep on doing the weekly water changes, but don't add more fish apart the Corydoras.
