Hey, welcome to FishProfiles.com!

I assume you mean some sort of livebearer fry, like a guppy, molly, swordtail, or platy. Livebearing fish are often the first fish to produce fry with beginners. Assuming they are livebearers, fry can be fed about twice a day to try to promote good growth. Finely crushed flakes can be used with livebearer fry because of their relativley large size as far as fry go. It may be a good idea to get a small "breeding trap" to separate the small fish from adults, if they aren't already, so that the adults do not eat them.

Fry are a little more delicate than adults. Just keep tabs on the aquarium conditions and make sure they're okay, just like you would with your normal aquarium. If you feed a lot, especially make sure you check the ammonia and nitrites to make sure they're not getting too high, and do a water change if they do; a tank getting dirty is one of the worst enemies of raising fry. Good luck with your new fry!
