55 gallon tank. I don't want to over stock. I have lost no fish at all, adding slowly ::::knock on wood::: but I have been going by the boards and not what I am told in the LFS.
4 Dwarf Gourami
2 Blue, 2 Red
4 Balloon Belly Mollies
3 Black, 1 silver, 1 orange
2 Red Wing Platys
2 Dalmatian Mollies
10 Sunset Coral Dwarf platys
1 Loach Dojo
2 African Dwarf Frogs

Can I add any more, and if so, what be good?

Thank you

Mollies are fairly large fish so I think that tank is pretty well stocked. You may have trouble with the gouramis. Occasionally dwarf gouramis get along but just as often they will all kill each other even in a large tank. If you try it keep a close eye on them for any bullying and remove the bully right away. The dojo loaches like all loaches are social fish. They would do much better in a group of at least 3-4. They are also quite large although slim bodied and will often surpass 10" in length. Mine were over 8" when I lost them to a heater issue. They are coldwater fish and can get rather sickly if the temps surpass 80F. Since your other fish aren't picky about the temp they would be fine so long as you keep the heater in the 70s and your house doesn't get too warm. Another potential problem is the number of fry you'll have from that many livebearers. Very few stores take livebearer fry and each female can produce a dozen to several hundred fry every month. The gouramis will help but what will you do if you end up with a dozen extra fish? Best way to keep livebearers if you aren't feeding the fry to something else is with only males in one tank and females in another. Otherwise you nearly always end up with a ton of fry and nothing to do with them.

The Balloon Belly Mollie are big fish!? I guess I have babies. They are quite small. I forgot to add that I have a male Betta. Is it safe to go ahead and add another loach or two, I don't want something alone that should have company.

Mollies get around 4-6" depending on exactly what you have and are rather thick bodied. Not huge but they aren't tiny fish. Since your bottom level is pretty empty and the loaches don't have much body mass or produce much waste you could probably add 2.
