Everytime I use hosptial tank for treatment...the fish will die the next day. lol....

I use water from my main tank, filter media like substrates from main tank's filter, set heater temperature the same as my main tank...so virturally it is a small copy of my main tank...but still the fishes die the next day..any comments?

What have you used in the tank before? maybe there is some chemical that has soaked into the silicone and is leaching out and harming your fish. Maybe the fish are sick and the added stress of being netted?

i think you should disinfect the tank before reusing it. some of the buggers that kill fish are rather resiliant.
it doesn't explain the swift death, as getting sick takes time.

how big is the hospital tank, and how big are your fish?

also, maybe you remove the fish too late, when they are in terminal condition, and the move finishes them off..

how do you recognize a sick fish? (give an example)
