1 Silver Dollar
6 Black Neon Tetras
3 Black Skirt Tetras

Am I stocked?

What sized tank do you have?

2 Angelfish: 1 Full Grown 1 Baby- Medium Grown
1 Silver Dollar
6 Black Neon Tetras
3 Black Skirt Tetras
2 Zebra Danios

The silver dollar needs a large tank, since they are active schoolers and get quite big. The black skirt tetras are also schoolers, as well as the zebra danios. Depending on your tank size, I'd bump up those schools to at least 6 before adding anything else.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

But, before you bump up your schools what is the size of your tank? You really don't want to overcrowd it...Maybe before you go out and get more fish, how about a bigger tank!?!? Heidi

You are way overstocked!

...Not overstocked but some on the fish have to be in schools like the silver dollars.

Silver dollars can get VERY large, I wouldn't keep them in that size tank.

Zebra Danios are active schooling fish that should be in a group of 6 or more. The tetras are schooling fish also. I'd fill out your schools, ditch the silver dollar, and then maybe add some bottom dwellers, such as cories.
