Fancy guppies can go either way. i personal have never had a problem but i have seen videos of bettas not tolerating them. But i wouldnt take the risk regardless of tank size or plant ammount. |

A betta is no match for your average killie in a fight.Killies have quite large mouths proportionately, and if attacked by a betta they may return fire, and the betta will probably lose badly. Killies ara bit like rainbows, when it comes to other fish, they dont forget a face, and once aggreived , they hold a grudge. Killies will be timid with fish much bigger than they are, but againsta betta you might find them warming up the combat skills. I think you can try them, but watch them closely. If the betta goes for the killies , better move him, for his sake. |
