 | I moved 1800 km with my fish with 0 deaths |
steven1982  Hobbyist Posts: 104 Kudos: 74 Votes: 38 Registered: 13-Jan-2008   | A while ago I had said that I had to move 1800 km across country over 10 days. All my fish made the move. I have a 10 inch Oscar, 8 inch Oscar, 4 inch fire mouth and 6 inch sail fin pleco. What I did was put each fish in its own 5 gallon bucket. I had an inverter in the car so I could run a bubbler in the car. I did a 10% water change daily. I used cycle and water conditioner daily. I feed them once every 3 days. The Oscars had a hard go, but it worked out. |
