I see greyish/pink "mossy" like stuff growing on my driftwood! Is it algae? I'm still cycling so I don't have any fishes yet!

If it's on driftwood, it's normal. It's something organic in nature decayin' a little bit, and will do no harm to your fish. You can pull it off if you'd like, but chances are it will come back, until whatever is breaking down is gone.

Yeah, it's a type of fungus. Quite common on driftwood. Exactly as Fallout said, it will disappear by itself in a couple of weeks. If it's bugging you you can pull it out. Completely harmless and won't spread beyond the driftwood.
