Well its not very good news but i just thought you should know. My RTBS(red tailed black shark) has recently achieved a tremendous growth spurt. It has grow 2 in. in 1 month. The problem is that is just now starting to sabotage my live plants and my head and tail light tetras. He has ripped their fins up so badly i had to move him to the quarentine tank. Also, the power went out for 2 hours 1 day and after that my tetras had caught some kind of parasites around their fins. They are healing nicely now with them being treated with quickcure(excellent medication). I will be taking both of the tetras and the rtbs to the pet store next weekend. Also, i have 2 hatchetfish. Should i keep them or take them too. They seem to hang out with my pearl gouramies?

Er, if it's the RTBS that's causing you problems, why would you take back the tetras?

Why you would take back the hatchets, are they causing some sort of problems? If not, I'd keep them and get at least four more.
