I have 2 pieces of driftwood that I would like to use in a tank. However, they came from a tank that had cyano (BGA), and it was on these pieces of wood.
Is there a way I can make sure these are clean and free from any remnants before I put them in another tank?

The good thing about driftwood is it's dead so you don't have to worry about killing it any further - you can be quite brutal! ]

If it will fit in a pot, boil it

If it's too big for a pot, bake it in the oven

If you really must, bleach it (but make sure you get rid of ALL the bleach before putting it in the tank... with porous material like wood that can be difficult)

I had fairly good luck with just using a scrubby pad on my cnyno covered driftwood...but it was going back in the same tank.

Whetu offered some good suggestions, you might also want to try just letting it dry out, or a scrub and a blackout.

It is going to be used in a turtle tank...so I'd rather not introduce the stuff into a new tank if possible.
It won't fit into a pot to boil...it's wood that is screwed onto slate.
If I put it in the oven, how should I do that?

I'd remove as much as possible under running water. Then what I've done in the past has been to use one of those disposable turkey trays (the aluminum ones) with a bit of water in it and stuck it in the oven for half an hour or so @250F. Just keep an eye on it .
