I already plan on adding at least 6 more clowns, and i'm waiting on a local shop to get in a Whiptail Pleco (whiptail catfish). i'm running dual filters and could handle up to around 500g any ideas? thought about neons as there is alot of hiding places and even tho neons and angels dont get along, they would be the size of the zebras. Also thought about about a dozen Black Skirt Tetras. Fish tanks are an expensive addiction |

Alb Fingerling Posts: 16 Kudos: 13 Votes: 0 Registered: 03-Feb-2007 | Oh to have a 150 gal tank......sweet! How about leopard danio's instead of the zebra's. I find the leopards have more character and fun with one another. For algae clean up, I'd go with a gold ancistrus or two or three. Having two myself(one a long fin) and seeing it for myself, they are algae eating kings! $.02 Cheers |

monkeyboy Fish Addict Posts: 521 Kudos: 375 Votes: 223 Registered: 10-Apr-2005 | CAE has been in there for 6 months and he never goes near anybody... but which one of my fish is worth 400? cause most i paid for any of them was $50 for the zebra pleco. only time i had problem with him, was when he was in the 55g and other smaller CAE's was in there and he'd chase them all over Fish tanks are an expensive addiction |

Fish Guy Mega Fish Posts: 1091 Kudos: 1254 Votes: 2 Registered: 28-Jan-2004 | CAE's are aggressive but in that size tank you can try it in there and see. It may not bother any fish ( too much ), but keep an eye on it. As for adding 6 more Clown Loaches I'm not sure if thats a good idea as they get huge ( yes it does take a long time ) and having 10 even in a 150 gallon is a bit much. |

My zebra trio was purchased for a meager 150 (so approximately, the same as you paid for your fish), but by them time I sold them, they were worth about 350 a piece, and now, more. |
