WE are moving and i would like to lower my water level in my 29 to transport it. After i refill it will I have to cycle it over again.

how far of a move is it? if it's not too far of a drive, keep the filter media in water and that will keep your bacteria alive.

As long as the filter is kept in the aquarium water, 10 miles should be fine.

yes, definately keep the gravel as well as the filter media in aquarium water. Try not to let it sit stagnant for more than an hour. Be extra careful to keep the tank level when moving it as well. Any side to side twisting stress can cause a leak.
