How do you move eggs into another tank for hatching?

Are these eggs attached to a surface or are they lying at the bottom?

If they are attached, use the most gentle pressure to push them off with a finger or a plastic card. To minimize risk, move them into a cup by immersing the cup into the tank so the eggs won't be exposed to air.
If they are just lying on at the bottom, I guess just scoop them up. I think some people have used something similar to a gravel vac, but this exerts much less movement.

Try to use a lot of the water from the main tank so the parameters will not be different.
