Hello,
I found some of these fish in the brakish water LIS and I hear they are anagaris(sp). If I put them in my freshwater tank will they lve and breed? I know the sexing patterns on their body but how do you breed them? Thanks.

Hey Chris. I have a Mummichog too as well as a stripped killifish (Fundulus majalis) Although they are saltwater fish, they can be converted to freshwater really easily. I dont know that much about sexing and breeding mummichogs, but it is really easy to sex the stripped killi. Females have horizontal stripes, and males have vertical stripes.
