	My fish tank looks dirty...
Fish Questions Small Fry Posts: 5 Kudos: 2 Votes: 0 Registered: 29-Jun-2004	from all the tiny little air bubbles floating around my tank. Where are all these bubbles coming fromsurface agitation? I'm running a H.O.T. Magnum Pro and the bubbles look like it's coming mostly from the Bio-Wheel and maybe a little from the outflow diffuser. How can I get rid of the bubbles or at least make it so that not so many come out. For the most part, the rest of my tank is pretty clear. It's the bubbles that make it look like there is dirty particles floating around my tank.

The outflow diffuser is just barely underneath the water line and the the spray bar on the Bio-Wheel isn't making big droplets (it just flows down the back of the Bio-Wheel wall).

It's due to the churning of the biowheels..possibly the way the housing is on the particular biowheel setup that causes more air to be churned into the water..which is not a bad thing, but the tiny bubbles do kind of have a wierd particle - like effect.

fish1 Banned Posts: 1727 Kudos: 1910 Votes: 58 Registered: 09-May-2004	I had a lot of bubbles with my penguin and to fix it i put some hornwort rite in front and it would pop um or sometin! any i dont see them any more cause of the hornwort!
