I'm looking for a killfish from the aplocheilidae family to fit in a 29 gallon tank. Which species has the most color and fit in my tank? the only other fish in the tank would be a bristle nose pleco.

Try any of these:

Aplocheilus blockii

Aplocheilus kirschmeyeri

Aplocheilus lineatus

Aplocheilus panchax

Epiplatys chevalieri

Epiplatys dageti

If those aren't enough to whet your appetite, hunt down lots more interesting Killies on the British Killifish Association Website and any that don't have photos you can track down via their scientific names in Fishbase or see if there are any Google Images for them.
