I have neons that all seem to chase eachother around the tank. Its a 55 gallon with a keyhole in it. It almost looks like their nipping eachother. As far as I can tell theres been no damage, Just curious is this behavior normal?

Yes indeed it is normal, neons are very playful with each other in a well kept aquarium.

As noted before, they will exhibit this behavior in a healthy state

As with most schooling fish, they'll establish a pecking order to figure out who's the king fish, and this nipping is part of it.

it's perfectly normal behavior for neons to quarrel. at one point, i had 20 neons and in the early morning, they'd always fight and chase each other around. don't worry, it happens.
