They are both nonaggressive fish, the tetras would get along with the betta just fine, and the cories would eat up any leftover food at the bottom of the tank, as well as provide you with entertainment. If you are diligent with your tank maintenance (meaning you change the water/vacuum the gravel weekly), you could add both, as long as the cories were a smaller variety.
