My Girlfriends sister wants to start a new tank

she has decided on the size 15 US Gal or 70L

she wants bigish fish (i have told her this would be difficult in a tank so small) but probably not tetras, and she wants different kinds and lots of colour.

ive suggested a combo of angels, tetras and plecos which she seems reasonably keen on. but id like some other sugestions including #of fish.

also she likes seahorses, can anyone provide info/links on these creatures? my understanding is they are a brackish fish and a difficult beginer fish.

Tank Capacity:
Litres: 148.7
US Gal: 39.3
UK Gal: 32.7

i never know what people are going on about so theres all the parameters above.

basicaly the tank is 36"*18"*14"

its got a UGF, Light, Rocks, Heater and all she will need to keep any fish very happy!

she's decided on small african Cichlids

shed like the following
electric yellows
electric blues
red jewels

can anyone suggest how many of each for a nice combo of colours and a not overstocked tank (i have an idea but id like to see what everyone else thinks.)

also if anyone sees any problem with that combo (ive kept blues and yellows toghter but not reds)

Jewels may get alittle aggressive.
