for a 20 long, 3 otos, 1 betta, 8-10 neons or cardinal tetras if we can find them... I'd still like to add in some kind of cory or loach... is there room? I was thinking 6 small corys, pandas or something? i dont know that there are any loaches small enough (as far as size and bio load.)

this is for my aunt, trying to keep it relatively low maintenance.

OH NO!!! there is a glitch in my plan, i forgot!!

I just remebered, I tested my aunts PH yesterday and it is VERY high, not exactly suitable for south american fish! her natural PH is 8.2! should I just get her some small african cichlids rather than trying to acclimate incompatible fish? I would imagine it would be easier for a beginner to choose fish to go with the PH rather than have to adjust the PH....
