As opposed to human TB, piscine TB causes an infection in the wound that doesn't go away over time, like gangrine. So if you get an infection in a wound that has been exposed to tank water, see your doctor ASAP and let him know where it's been. Otherwise, there are more possibilities of you introducing something on your hands (chemicals or diseases from another tank) to your aquarium than the fish transferring something to you. ><> |
