I currently have a 50 gallon planted and the current fish are in it, am i overstocked ?/

In my opinion your fish should be fine. Doesnt look overstocked to me. have any pictures of the tank??

Nope, you have plenty of room. Keep in mind though, loaches are happiest in groups of at least three. I would add two or more kuhli and yoyo loaches, you will see a big change (for the better) in their behavior if you do.

I will have some picks soon. The tank was negclected for sometime and its still in the process of regaining its once beauty.

Looks like a nice mix to me. And I too would add a couple more loaches as well. Just be sure that they will be enough food at feeding time.
