Of course, Shellies! You won't regret it, believe me ... except, perhaps, down the road when you're surrounded by 10 and 20 gal tanks and it's all down to this one purchase that started the shellie obsession ....

Well I guess shellies or julies would be the more obvious choice since i will be getting the HL's after Xmas anyway when i get the 20. That way i won't have to tear the 10 down.

I am just a bit worried that the HL's won't be available at my LFS when I am ready to set up the asian river tank. :%)

Like I had posted above. My lfs has a good variety of shellies so species suggestions would also be appreciated. The julies are very cool looking but if i went that route i could only keep a pair and nothing else in the tank AFAIK.

Decisions, decisions.
