I noticed a male pearl seriously colored and guarding a nest..but could NOT see anything in it..well I was wrong. This am the nest is not all there..sadly..but there are some babies left kinda stuck under the end of a piece of Val.. what're the odds any will survive? ANd what can I feed just in case??any other tips? Don't have a separate tank at this time..that was a future plan possibly..to intentionally raise some of these beauties. |

The fry can live on things they find in the tank to eat until they are big enough to grab any small pieces of food that might float by them. If the big gouramis see them though they will make quick lunch of them. |
