However, at one time a had several archer fish, that when I sat in a chair near the tank to read the newspaper they would actually spit droplets of water through holes in the tank lid and hit the newspaper until I got up and fed them. It always brought a lot of comments from any guests that might be visiting. Jim |

The most confident would be my clown loaches, black ghost knife fish, blue rams and dwarf gourami. They will actually come right up and sometimes swim around inside my hand. Bear in mind what Girliegirl mentioned about your tank size. That will determine what type of fish you can have. I think that most fish will follow you as you approach the tank once they realise that when you appear that means food. Have fun. |

That's just normal for fish. Most will also take food from your fingers. Aside from bottom dwelling fish and the shyest of fish they all fit your desc |

He only lets me hand-feed him, not the spouse He has a certain spot in the tank where he watches tv...I'm not kidding, if we change channels to something he doesn't like (color? brightness?) he sulks in his corner. He also sulks when the tv is shut off ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

Get a pond..if you don't already have one...and get some koi. My mom's friends have a pond with Koi and they will take food from your hand. They get excited when people come near the pond. Actually, yeah, pretty much all fish will follow you. When I open the hood on my 55g, all the fish come up to the top to see what I have. |
