What species are you thinking of ? What about live plants? sorry I know you wanted a yes or no on this....all I can give is a probably depending on....^_^ ![]() Current [link=Contest Rules]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Aquascaping/44382.html?200412022138" style="COLOR: #EB4288[/link] ![]() |

superlion![]() ![]() Mega Fish Posts: 1246 Kudos: 673 Votes: 339 Registered: 27-Sep-2003 ![]() | space-wise it wouldn't likely be a problem... danios stick to the top and cories stick around the bottom. I am assuming the danios you have are either zebra or leopard danios, in which case you aren't really pushing the stocking with 11 in a 20 gallon tank. If they were giant danios I'd say get them a bigger tank right away! But if you got small cories (pygmy or panda) you could fit 8. If they're larger ones (eg bronze cories, leopards, etc) you should probably not get them because they're too big to have more then about 4, in which case there aren't enough as they would like to have more company. ><> |

I think you'll be okay, supposedly pandas are some of the more delicate, so be good to them...I'd suggest some plants, low light like javafern and moss if you dont' have the light for anything else. ^_^ ![]() Current [link=Contest Rules]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Aquascaping/44382.html?200412022138" style="COLOR: #EB4288[/link] ![]() |

brtaylor2000![]() Enthusiast Posts: 193 Kudos: 154 Votes: 0 Registered: 03-Sep-2004 ![]() | my pandas dont really hide alot i have fake plants and a cool looking ship with alot of holes in it. They love the ship but they are more active then hiding. Its funny wacthing them interact with the danios I guess when i up the pack alittle more they will stick with there own kind. Ill miss these time when they act like danios always active and playing around. So i will up the pack to 8 thanks for yall help. Now another question Im going to order them from liveaquria.com and i heard that they have the healthest fish so should I just add them to the tank or should i put them in a seprate tank and wacth them for a couple weeks then add? |

If you do have a separate QT available though it wouldn't hurt to use it. Pandas are fun and the more you have, the more activity you'll see. Good luck, it sounds like a nice tank ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |
