I am starting a school of turquoise rainbows. I currently have a male and a female. They are both just over 2 inches.

I was watching them this morning when the males breeding stripe flashed up and he chased the other rainbows and the other fish. He would keep doing headstands and eventually the female was submissive and they spawned.

I then removed the eggs(only about ten) to a separate tank. What should I do to ensure they hatch?

I believe you should keep the lights off in the tank and watch the eggs closely, because I have read that rainbow eggs are especially susceptible to fungus

They keep spawning and then turning around and eating the eggs. How can I prevent this?
