I used to have a school of Red Phantoms, a pair of Bolivians, a Dwarf Gourami and a few mollies and otto's in my 29G.

Well, my tank had a bad bacteria or something floatin around -- needless to say a lot of bad things happened.

The remaining fish i am going to transfer to another tank.

I dont like to stock my tanks to the max, but this is what i'm thinking of so far:

6 Rainbow Neons, 2 Apisto's, 3 Otto's.
Now, i need a centerpiece fish. Preferably a Yellow one for a contrast of colour.

I'll be keeping my tank parameters at:
~7.1pH
~80F

and what do you guys think about having the centerpiece be an aggressive/territorial fish? Maybe it would help the Rainbow Neons to school?
