Here is what I feed them now: tropical flakes sinking wafers shrimp pellets freeze dried daphina (about once a week) freeze dried bloodworms (rarely now that I got frozen) frozen bloodworms (once a week) Most of the food is hakari, well everything except the shrimp pellets. My betta gets hakari betta bio-gold and tetra betta flakes. Bloodworms are a treat. Any suggestions? |

Also, some beefheart would be a good treat for the keyholes. |

If you wanted to you could add spirulina flakes... but if it's in the wafers (& it's probably in the tropical flakes too) then I wouldn't bother.![]() If you're spacifically after frozen stuff, then yeah, you could go with shrimp or any of the other various wormy things that are available in frozen form. |
