Do you have any ideas for restocking a 50 gallon planted tank ??

Its currently housing:
7 Serpaes
1 Platy
1 BN pl*c

I think big schools of tetras with four discus would look good. Or maybe a pair of firemouths and schoolds of danios or barbs.

Nah, firemouths would probably mess with the tetras if they felt like spawning. Also, nippy serpae tetras would attack the fins of any discus tankmates (I'm pretty sure of that). I'd suggest either a harem of apistogrammas, or a couple pairs of rams, maybe some loaches or cories, or barbs, etc. The best thing to do is check out your lfs, and see what you like there.

I'd probly choose a few dwarf cichlids like the agassiz's warf cichlid.
They are peaceful,pretty and if you wanted they can breed relitively easy.

Adding a pair or two of Blue, Or Bolivian Rams would be a good option as well.
Another option would be one or two juvenile angels.[/font]
