I received a small container of Azoo 9 in 1 Artifical Rotifera. The label states 'for egg-breeding fry and invertebrates'.

What exactly is this stuff? Is it something that can be fed regularly or just as a once-in-a-while treat?

i have that, and for awhile used that in feeding my baby bettas, and be kinda careful as it tends to clump together and it is a pain to clean in the water. i not sure whats in it, but the babies went after it just fine.

Rotifers are basically tiny zooplankton. They are extremely small, way smaller than baby brine shrimp. Rotifers are actually diminutive enough to be appropriate food for newly hatched saltwater fish larvae. They could probably be used as food for filter-feeding invertebrates, such as certain shrimp, crabs, and sessile inverts.

Did somebody just send you this stuff out of the blue? Sort of like a product demo? Wish I could be so lucky.

Is this dried or live Rotifers?

Live Rotifers are superb baby fish food for egglaying fry. They're among the organisms you want to culture in an infusoria culture.
